The Ferrari 360 Challenge for 2002: Improving on 2001

Ferrari 360 Engine Specs
The restyled 360 Challenge is equipped with a 3.6-liter eight-cylinder engine that utilizes 40 valves. The engine is mated to a Ferrari six-speed transaxle. This has resulted in an increase in horsepower and torque over the 2001 version.
The fuel system for the 2002 360 is a traditional Bosch ME-7.3, running on gasoline fuel. The fuel is controlled by an electronic system and is a fuel-injected MFI design. The capacity of the fuel tank is 25.10 gallons.
Steering control is handled through a power-steering rack-style configuration. The 360 comes equipped with power-assisted brakes, with 4-Wheel ABS support. The front brakes are disc while the rear brakes are disc. The car uses coil front springs and coil in the rear.

The standard warranty period for the 360 is 24 months, or Unlimited miles, whichever comes first. There is also a warranty on the powertrain for 24 months or Unlimited miles respectively. This is standard in the coupe market.
Fuel Efficiency
The 360 Challenge received a miles-per-gallon rating of eleven in-city driving and sixteen when it came to highway driving. Being a gas-powered non-hybrid car, this was exceptional.
What We Think of the Ferrari 360
There are several reasons why the Ferrari 360 Challenge sold well in 2002. Mainly the increase in availability and a marked improvement in quality meant the buying public was more apt to choose a Ferrari, specifically a 360.
