Ferrari has been blessed with many award-winning designs, including the Ferrari 456 M GTA of 2002. There are one trim levels to the 456 M GTA, including Base. The Base version is one of the more popular options. Like in 2001 the popular 5.5 liter has made this a popular choice for coupe buyers around the world.
The 2002 456 M GT is an important vehicle to Ferrari for the coupe market segment. The Base is a member of a series of one trim levels for the 456 M GT which include Base. The two-door car with its rear-wheel drive is positioned to aggressively fill this niche for Ferrari. There is strong competition from vehicles from Honda.
The restyled 360 Modena is equipped with a 3.6-liter eight-cylinder engine that utilizes 40 valves. The engine is mated to a Ferrari six-speed transaxle. This has resulted in an increase in horsepower and torque over the 2001 version.
A high point in the coupe market is the Ferrari 360. In 2002 Ferrari released an upgraded version of the 360 with three versions: Challenge, Modena, and Spider. Sales for the 360, especially the 360 Challenge, were brisk during 2002 and 2003. The improved reliability and the sporty styling were responsible for the sales boost.
