The Maserati Quattroporte is a 4-door car available at your Maserati dealer. The Quattroporte came in one configurations: Base. The Base configuration is powered by the 4.2-liter eight-cylinder engine, which makes 23 highway miles and 17 city. The Quattroporte competes in the Sedan market segment, in direct competition with Kia.
One of the staples of the Coupe segment is the Lamborghini Gallardo. In the previous model year debuted a brand new version of the Gallardo with one versions: Base. Sales for the Gallardo, especially the Gallardo Base, were brisk during 2005 and 2006. The improved vehicle quality and the modern styling were responsible for the boost in sales.
The 2005 Maserati Spyder GT was introduced to compete in the convertible market. The GT is a member of a series of two trim levels for the Spyder which include Cambiocorsa and GT. The two-door car with its rear-wheel drive is positioned to aggressively fill this niche for Maserati. There is strong competition from vehicles from Infiniti.
The restyled 360 Spider is equipped with a 3.6-liter eight-cylinder engine that utilizes 40 valves. The engine is mated to a Ferrari six-speed transaxle. This has resulted in an increase in horsepower and torque over the 2004 version.
