The 2004 Maserati Spyder Cambiocorsa was introduced to compete in the convertible market. The Cambiocorsa is a member of a series of two trim levels for the Spyder which include Cambiocorsa and GT. The two-door car with its rear-wheel drive is positioned to aggressively fill this niche for Maserati. There is strong competition from vehicles from Infiniti.
